All collection pieces seen on this website, unless stated otherwise are designed, and made by us in Cornwall. Bespoke, and collaborative work is often undertaken with client input, and specification, and represents an individual design process.

When you make contact, you will be in touch with the designers and makers who will or have worked on the products. We do our utmost to ensure that the products are clearly and accurately described and that they arrive safely and sound. All products are handmade so there might be small variations from product to product.

Each product is listed with information pertaining to availability, lead time and delivery. We do our best to keep this information up to date and accurate, and will contact you personally should there be any significant deviation.

Payment

Pricing

Prices are all shown in GBP inclusive of VAT. Prices displayed throughout this website were accurate at the time of publication and may change at any time.

Purchase

When you place an order, you will be sent an acknowledgement by email. If for any reason we estimate the products lead time may vary from that suggested on the products page, we will contact you personally as soon as possible to discuss.

We use a range of courier services, and choose the most suitable carrier for every delivery. You will be notified when your order has been dispatched, and when to expect delivery. If you have particular requirements concerning delivery then please get in touch before placing your order to discuss.

Returns

If you feel unhappy with your product you have 7 days to cancel your order, this should be expressed to us at studio@headandhaft.co.uk. If you request a refund, we will refund the amount you paid for your goods excluding the original delivery and the charge for returning the goods, unless faulty or damaged. Unfortunately the delivery charge is non-refundable. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they return to us and this causes the damage or deterioration of the products, we will charge you for the difference in value.

Faults

We will never knowingly dispatch faulty goods, However, due to the unpredictable nature of the materials with witch we work, faults can occur. The most important thing to do is to put it right. You have the right to return faulty or damaged items to us within 30 days of receiving it. Where a damaged or faulty product has been delivered, we will do our utmost to rectify the issue as quickly as possible. 

Bespoke 

Bespoke orders require a 50% deposit to process the order with the balance made payable prior to delivery. We regret that bespoke orders placed cannot be altered, suspended or cancelled once production has begun except with our written consent and on terms which will indemnify us against loss.

Natural material

We go out of our way to source and work with the highest quality, and most functionally appropriate material we can find. However, due to the nature of timber based products being exactly that: natural, we cannot be held responsible for minor defects, such as knots, minor differences in colour, grain and other markings. Most of our products will in fact highlight these "defects" and aim to show their beauty. We assume this is why you are shopping with us.

We only use timber which has been dried to the moisture content fit for purpose,but shrinkage, warpage and slight colour change can, and may still occur. If you have any problems please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will happily discuss any concerns or issues you may have.
